The organization is focused on enhancing and expanding the study of available stem cells by supporting basic research; establishing research protocols; creating and distributing cell lines; providing training to scientists worldwide and supporting efforts to unlock the therapeutic potential of stem cell technologies. We also offer cytogenetic services, quality control testing services. IBMR employs a staff of 30 including scientists engaged in novel research to increase the understanding of basic stem cell biology and improve stem cell culture techniques, often in collaboration with international research scientists. We also run an exceptional Education program which provides technical training for scientists wishing to culture and develop human pluripotent stem cells.

PhD program

We plan to offer PhD program in biomedical sciences, the course research elements to provide high-level training in theoretical and practical knowledge in biomedical research. Combined with our expertise which stretches from basic developmental biology to clinical trials, we offer one of the strongest interdisciplinary research environments for stem cell research and regenerative medicine. The Center serves as an institutional research facility and as a base for multidiscipline collaborative research efforts. The center provides into this collaborative research effort, its experience and knowledge in the fields of stem cell biology and regenerative medicine .This is combined with specific scientific and clinical expertise in areas such as neural degenerative disorders, diabetes and others, of key scientists from various hospital departments. It is envisioned that this multidisciplinary approach will expedite the development of stem cell biology and regenerative medicine. We are offering an institutional and national center of multidiscipline collaborative research programs.
